How long will it take for

Depending on destination,
urgency and method of shipment, your gift will
arrive anywhere between 1-7 days. Please see individual

How much does shipping
cost?
Most every basket design
is only $8 for regular delivery! If you need faster shipping, cost
will depend
upon size and weight of the item ordered, and will be
calculated individually either when checking out or on
each product page.
Do you ship
Internationally?
We ship to Canada, but do
not offer other destinations at this time.
What about shipments to
Hawaii & Alaska?
Yes, we also ship to these states,
but additional shipping charges will apply.
What about hand
delivery?
Yes, we offer hand
delivery anywhere in Georgia. However, we only offer
this service on our our larger
corporate orders. The charge for delivery
will be figured on a
basis of volume and urgency, and will vary.

How will I know if my
package has been shipped?
You will be notified via
e-mail confirming when your order has shipped.
How will I know when my
package has arrived?

tracking number in the shipping notification email

if my package does not arrive on time, or does not arrive?

How do I order several of
the same items to be sent to different addresses?
You are welcome to place
your order online, call, fax or email your order in a a
spread sheet format.
What happens if I need to
change or cancel my order after my package has been
shipped/delivered?
After your package has
been shipped, it may not be changed or canceled.
Will my gift
arrive in good condition?
We take every measure to
insure your gift basket arrives in perfect condition.
All of our baskets to be shipped are securely wrapped to cushion
and protect your gift in route
to its destination. Each
package that is shipped is insured. In the event that a package
is received damaged, you must contact the customer
service number located on the order confirmation email
you received when your order was placed within 48
hours. We do not guarantee
arrival time on shipped items.
